Payment: Postage and packing on all UK orders: £1.00 per item. Non UK postage charges: please ask us for a quote before ordering. VAT at the current rate of 17.5%, when applicable, is included in all our prices. We accept payments by debit/credit card through PayPal only. Your credit card will be charged shortly after you have placed your order.

Delivery: When items are in stock, we will despatch orders within 3 working days. We will let you know if there is any delay. We use Royal Mail, 1st class post.

Return and exchange policy: In case any of the goods arrived damaged or faulty, please notify our customer services as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and reimburse the cost of returning the item.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you should contact our customer services before returning the goods in resalable condition within 7 days for a refund. Please be aware that postage and packing costs are not refundable and that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery. If you do not wish to do so, please ask the post office for a free certificate of postage. We are unable to accept returns of items made to order, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every care has been taken to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations may occur, especially for handmade items.
